Why do parents need to attend Parent Education program every month?
In order to have parents act as volunteer “assistant teacher” in classroom for duty days, the Council of Parent Participation Preschools and the Community Care Facilities Licensing require parent education to be fulfilled monthly. If parents miss any Parent Education, they must “make-up” Parent Ed by reading materials suggested from Parent Education Coordinator or the Teacher. It is extremely important to follow this regulation in order to keep our license.
