Why do parents always interfere with there Teen Relationships?
You just answered your own question. Bleep down to your very last sentence: “I understand we all make mistakes but im sure when they were 16 they wanted to do the same…” Exactly! They were 16 too and they know all kinds of stupid stuff kids get into and believe it or not they are protecting you from making the same mistakes they did. Sixteen does not constitute maturity or knowing all the right moves. You kids might think you do, but you don’t and it’s as simple as that. That’s another thing you need to know, until you hit 18 you are legally bound to your parents unless emancipated. So give your parents credit, it kills them that you’re not completely honest with them. Yeah most need to learn to let go, there are some who give a flying fcuk about their kids. Be fortunate you don’t have them as parents. Grass is always greener kid.
