Why do other countries hate America so much?
yeah, it’s a prejudice we as Americans have to deal with, because the typical stereotype for us overseas is fat, lazy, terrorists that bomb the crap out of other countries as a show of power… mind you, not everybody thinks this way, but a lot of prominent figures do, and when they do, their followers do, and there’s nothing you can do about it except prove them wrong by “killing them with kindness” it may be hard at times, but look at America’s own Civil Rights movement: Martin Luther King never used violence, and due to his actions, people took notice and started changing their ways… now, we have a black president. If we can do it, and this is going to sound a bit elitest, then I’m sure the rest of the world can, too, just as long as we don’t put anyone like Bush in office ever again… And a big thank-you to Cal: for putting into words what I could not.
