Why do new people have to wait so long to gain access to the forums, voice communication, and to become full members?
Because we are looking for serious members. Serious members are those who involve themselves and submerse themselves in all that is “Lok-ri”. They tend take everything a little more seriously and this in turn helps to promote a good image to outsiders and recruits. Their opinions tend to truly reflect what Lok-ri should be rather than what individuals want. This is also because we don’t want some random person gaining access who does not take the guild seriously. We also do not want people gaining access for malicious reasons.
