Why do my text messages and e-mails disappear from Ogo shortcut key?

The Ogo pop-up shows all your current activities. Current activities include open chats, draft messages, unread e-mail and text messages. Once you read a text message, it disappears from the Ogo pop-up screen. However, you can still view the message in your Mailbox by selecting the Inbox tab.
