Why do my podcast submissions fail with “Transcode Error?”
This error message means that Traffic Geyser had problems extracting the audio from your video file. If you see this happen with a .wmv file then you probably rendered it with WMV9, you should try using WMV3. Your video editor or converter should have this option, or try using a .mov file instead. If rendered as mp4 then in Step 3 of the submission use the “No Conversation” option as opposed to mp3.
