Why do my legs feel so tired and so heavy while jogging?
You might want to start to stretch before you start to run and instead of getting right up to jog start off with speed walking and then slowly progress up that can help you because you went a long time with out running so you have to regain all of that power back to your legs and do a lot a stretch before jogging because that body part will already be warmed up and if the pain gets stronger STOP and take a breather and when you fell better again progress up again.
