Look at statistics where both alcohol and legal drugs as well as heroin and the illegal drugs where you live are illegal. You will find that less people die from alcohol the drugs that’s legal where you live there. Why? Because it is illegal just as all other drugs. Easy. Addicts and drug users don’t turn to heroin first they turn to the legal alternatives and many of them use both legal and illegal drugs at the same time.
