Why do Lebanon High School and Lebanon Middle School need secure entries?
It has become an accepted practice in new and renovated schools everywhere to require visitors to enter at the main entrance of the school during school hours. Once visitors enter they are directed to the office to check in with office staff. Only those who have a legitimate need to be in the building are allowed access. All other entries are locked to those coming in from outside. Security cameras monitor all who enter and leave the main entrance. All visitors are observed both by staff and by electronic monitoring.
