Why do instrumentalist and tech crew have to wear the same colors?
It’s a part of the philosophy that we’re all equally important members of the same team. Besides, you never know when you may have to switch roles because someone else was unable to show up for some reason. I won’t be able to attend all the rehearsals, I have a prior committment on some Monday nights, but I still want to participate. Rehearsals aren’t just about individuals learning their own music. Rehearsals are also about fellowship, building a sense of community, praying together, working on an ensemble sound, lot’s of different things. We want you to be a part of TVV, but not only in part. It is possible that we may make exceptions in some extraordinary circumstances, but in general members are expected to attend rehearsals.
