Why do individual subscribers to a list sometimes receive another subscribers vacation messages?
Only the list owner should receive a subscriber’s vacation messages. However, if the subscriber’s vacation program is not configured properly, the vacation message may be sent to the other list subscribers. Diagnosing a misconfigured vacation program can be very involved. The subscriber whose vacation program is causing the problem should be notified and the subscriber should discuss the problem with support staff who maintain the vacation program he/she is using.
