Why do Illegal immigrants complain about US Immigration laws being unfair to them?
Sorry to tell you guys, but Malcolm Equis is right. The laws in America say that a certain number of people can come from each country. Well the numbers of Europeans allowed in is extremely high, so there is no competition for spots. They have plenty. But from South America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, the spots available is kept very, very low. They can’t come in legally, because the laws in America are designed to make it look like they can while really making it impossible for them to do so. The immigration laws were designed during a time of extreme racism in this country. It was specifically designed to keep out anyone who was not white. They really are unfair to illegal immigrants.
Because Americans say that illegal immigrants should get in line, but the immigration laws intentionally make that line long for anyone not coming out of Europe. They are starving now, and cannot wait the 10 to 15 years it takes for Mexicans to come to America. Yes, it takes 1 to 2 years for Europeans, but certain groups just aren’t really allowed in; and Mexicans are among those groups. So are every group in South America, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Beginning to see a pattern yet? Add-on: You don’t have to like the truth, but that won’t change the truth. Our laws unfairly hold out anyone who is not white. They cannot come here legally, we specifically made sure that they could not.
Sorry! haven’t heard such thing! You are either really missinformed, or somebody just lied to you! Don’t forget, immigrants do have CIVIL RIGHTS! Immigrants’ Rights The Constitution guarantees the fundamental rights and civil liberties of every person in this country and was designed to protect the most vulnerable members of our society. Yet, throughout history, immigrants have been the targets of discrimination, government abuse and divisive and inhumane immigration policies. Upholding the rights of the politically disenfranchised is important to us all. When the government has the power to deny legal rights and due process to one group of people, it puts all our rights in danger.
I personally went through the US immigration process and I think it is unfair that there are many here illegally. For the most part the illegals are here from third world countries, as such it costs a bit of money to go through the process and criteria may be more stringent there for making it harder for them to come legally. The whole process is set up that it costs the same and requires the same for anyone from any country regardless of sex or race.
