Why do i worry about pathetic things?
These things may seem minimal to others, but millions of americans deal with the same problem every day. Life doesn’t have to stop because of this, you can manage it. Seeing a counselor might help you deal with these, but you don’t have to change right away. Things will start to become easier for you over time. My sister used to be very obsessive and scared of things. My family and I just did what we could to help her. We never loved her any less. I might have been a little frustrated when she had to wash her hands 50 times or wouldn’t touch something when I needed help because it had to many germs on it. She did eventually start to handle things better. She pushed herself, when she was ready, and she is doing great. There is no rush for you to change this, mostly you just need to learn a way that works best for you to be able to deal with things. You are fine the way you are.
