You have “Call Divert” active – which means you have rules activated to divert calls, e.g. someone is calling you and your line is busy than the call is diverted to your voicemail. You can try to deactivate all diverts by going to the Dial Pad, tap the lower left corner–> Setup–>Call Divert and try to cancel all diverts. Some providers (like mine) do not allow you to disable this (because they want to make money with the voicemail) so the “Call Divert” will stay active even after you tried to disable this feature – so you are stuck with the message!! .
