Why do I see fewer terms in the ‘service definition with all clinical terms’ print out than in the ‘clinical terms’ section of the service definers screen?

The printouts show both selected terms and closely related non-selected terms. Because SNOMED clinical terms can sit in multiple branches of the coding hierarchy, a set of rules has been used to control the size of the printout. This reduces the number of times relevant terms appear in the printout. It also reduces the number of non-selected terms of little relevance included in the printout. For this reason the printout will not directly correspond to a fully expanded view of terms in the service definition.
