To connect to DB2 on ZOS using Type 4 JCC driver, you need DB2jcc_license_cisuz.jar license. Make sure you have a valid licensed DB2Connect product and add the license file to your classpath. The file is usually located under /SQLLIB/java/DB2jcc_license_cisuz.jar A.
