Why do I receive an unexpected system exception message when trying to download Assignment submissions?
If the amount of data stored in an Instructor’s My Files area exceeds the allotted storage quota, attempts to download Assignment submissions will cause an unexpected system exception error. Ensure that your my Files space does not exceed your allotted quota. If you are over the storage quota, delete unused files. Quotas: Instructor/Designer is 2 GB.
