Why do I receive an “Operation Failed” error message at several instances on the Media Hub web-browser?
When you move large amounts of data to the Media Hub, it is busy processing the data import and preparing the media files for the Media Browser. If you attempt to use the Media Browser or Configuration utility at the same time, then the Media Hub may become unresponsive, or a message, “Operation Failed”, may appear. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
