Why do I receive an error that tells me “Error installing Ikernel”?
Most likely you have a corrupted file on your computer. Click on Start, then Run and type sfc in the command line. Click OK and choose to scan for altered files. The corrupted files will appear. You may restore the files from the Windows disk but it may be easier to get the file from Microsoft Online. For additional help with your Walking With Dinosaurs program, you may consult with the BBC. The address for BBC Technical Support is bbc@aquinc.com. Please have your computer information handy when obtaining technical support. Please gather the information contained in the Direct X Diagnostic tool by typing dxdiag in the run -> command line. Notice the System tab at the top of the window and copy the system information. Also, click the display tab and record the information contained in that window as well.
