Why do I receive a “The Compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted.” error after downloading and double-clicking the TriDef installation file(s) on Windows XP?

If you have successfully downloaded the TriDef installation files and receive the error specified above, please ensure that the folder name you are extracting into does not contain any Multibyte characters (i.e. Languages such as Korean, Chinese and Japanese). This is a limitation of Windows XP. Renaming the folder or moving the files to a folder which name does not contain Multibyte characters will resolve this issue.
