Why do I receive a “memory full,” message when launching the mobile reader application?

0

The mobile reader application is designed to utilize memory in the most efficient way possible and requires a certain amount to be available in order to operate successfully. To avoid error messages pertaining to memory, users should close all unnecessary applications which may be running in the background. To view a list of running applications that may be using memory, press the menu key for two seconds. If you are utilizing Talks or MobileSpeak, and use the menu key for the “command key,” or “talks key,” you may need to press the menu key twice with the second press being the two second press. You should then be able to navigate through a list of open applications.
