Why do I prefer sleeping during the day and being awake at night?
Wish I knew why – but I am the same, I think more clearly at night, get more work done at night, and can easily stay wide awake all night. I thrive on nightshift! But not very good if you are still at school. To try make yourself go back to normal sleeping hours do not go to bed in the morning, and make youself stay awake until after dinner time – you should be very very tired by then. Or after going to sleep in the early hours, force yourself out of bed mid morning, then a little earlier each day until you are back to ‘normal’.
