Why do I only receive Country Road or Trenery communications, not both?
We send communications we think would appeal to you based on where you shop. If you only shop at Country Road, it is likely you will receive only Country Road communications. Similarly, if you only shop at Trenery, you’re more likely to receive Trenery communications. If you shop at both stores, you may receive offers for both. If you have gained Loyalty Status by spending over $750* by shopping at both Country Road and Trenery, you need to spend a minimum of $375* in each brand to ensure you receive loyalty rewards for both brands.
