Why do I occationally experience busy tones when trying to make a phone call?
Due to the high completion rate of our network, our customers are used to getting connected everytime when they use our services. Thus when they hear a busy tone, they thought something might be wrong. In fact, most of such senorio is simply due to the fact that the number the customer is calling is busy. We have not yet experience any traffic jam or running out of capacity since whenever the reserve capacity is getting low, we expand our network to increase our capacity. Should you experience the busy tones (to certain regions during their local festival seasons), please wait for a few minutes and dial again. If there is no such special seasonal events and you still get busy tones after trying for a while, please contact us.
