Why do I occasionally experience busy tones when trying to place a phone call during big holidays?
During holidays and some other peak periods, when the number of users quickly builds up for a particular phone card, the traffic of phone calls will increase dramatically. If you experience busy tones, please wait for a few minutes and dial again. We are happy that customers using our cards were able to quickly connect when other cards failed. Don’t hold for more than 45 seconds if it is silent after you dial your number. If you hold less than 45 seconds, usually the phone card provider will put back the minute you lost.
