Why do I not see my CashX Prepaid Card and balance in my CashX eWallet account?
Once you receive your CashX Prepaid card, the next step that you need to do is enter your CashX Prepaid Card information into your CashX eWallet account. To do this, go to the “My Profile” menu tab and select “Credit/Debit Cards” and then selecting “Add a new Credit or Debit Card” follow the instructions provided. To see your CashX Prepaid card balance, just click on the “Refresh Balance” link in the Overview area next to “My CashX Prepaid Cards” and your CashX card balance will be seen.
