Why do I need to sign two Software License Transfer Authorizations (Exhibit F00)?
A. HP must retain an original-signature copy for its SLT files as protection for its Intellectual Property rights. We require two original SLT Authorizations to be signed and returned to the SLT Department so that the new owner of the right-to-use license will also receive an original-signature document as proof of their ownership of the right-to-use license.
