You are required to do so as a form of security measure by Acme Car Rental to cover any incidental charges in addition to the rental charges which may occur during rental such as petrol refuelling, traffic and parking fines, extension of rental, etc. Our company policy does not allow us to release the rental vehicle to you if you do not sign on the blank credit card charge form.
