Why do I need to refrigerate Pana C-315®?
Because Pana C-315® contains a significant amount of living organic material, you must refrigerate it after opening to prevent oxidation. Cutting open an apple and exposing it to air will turn it brown in a matter of minutes. This is similar to the process that would occur by leaving Pana C-315® exposed to air. Refrigeration slows the process of oxidation. If you open a bottle and the product is very dark brown to black and tastes bitter, you must dispose of it.
