Why do I need to quote a passcode or reference number when calling you, isn my name good enough?
Each passcode or reference number that we use contains a unique set of information about you and your attended event. Without needing to consult our database we can tell which event/university you attended, the date of the event or ceremony and usually the names of the photographer and his/her assistant and the approximate time you had photographs taken.
