The reason we’re able to offer an 11% rebate to those customers who pay by direct debit is because it currently costs us less to process a direct debit payment and we feel that it is only fair that we pass these savings on to the customer. Paying by direct debit also ensures that your bills are paid by the due date and that you’ll receive your rebate reward.
