Why do I need to add a postal address to my VerticalResponse email campaigns?
Due to the signing of the CAN-SPAM law, all outgoing VerticalResponse email campaigns must contain a valid Postal Address. In order to comply with federal law, all VerticalResponse customers will be required to include this information into any launched campaign. The postal address will appear in the bottom of any emails sent through VerticalResponse. This address must be associated with the “sender” of the email and that is determined by the company name or person’s name noted in the From Label of your message.
