In order to offer low prices to our customers, we do not employ any printing personnel at all. We are a marketing company engaged in the reselling of printed products. The arrangement we have with the commercial printer calls for the submission to the printer of ready-to-print artwork layouts. Since we are not printers ourselves, we do not employ the type of pre-press personnel needed to prepare layouts for printing. The outputs from electronic files must produce hard copy artwork layouts that are ready to print. We cannot make adjustments to electronic files submitted to us. A 3/8″ margin is required on all sides of the artwork layout and printed piece.
