Why do i need Employment law protection?
Employment litigation is on the increase. In the year 2007/2008 there were over 189,000 claims accepted at employment tribunals in the UK. A big factor in this is that Employees are often covered for employment disputes as standard with car or home insurance policies.Unfortunately employers arent so fortunate. With payouts for unfair dismissal now increasing above £70,000 it is fast becoming a risk that businesses cant ignore.
