Why do I need 2 accounts for Gamematter?

0

You need one account for you or your network administrator (or center manager, etc.) to configure the client onto each of your computers, either via the individual installation or Smartlaunch/LAN installation process. That person can log into the center’s account to modify the client settings and applications access paths, for instance. Separate from that, another set of login/password is needed for those centers, chains or franchises to upload and manage their own keys through Gamematter via their Center Admin panel. This second account is not needed for LAN centers that only access keys provided by iGames. You may give access to one account and not the other to a single person, depending on your staff’s level of technical expertise, experience with network tasks versus game setup/license management tasks, and your level of trust in those employees, for instance.
