Why do I lose my Favorites list when I use the CD-ROM on a diferent computer?

When you add to Favorites these are added to a list stored on the hard disk of your computer – since the CD is Read Only Memory (hence CD-ROM). If you use the CD-ROM on a different computer that list is no longer available to you.
