Why do I keep getting the F1 Visa / 20 work hours e-mail notifications?
These e-mails are simply reminders for those internationals who hold F1 visas and their units that they cannot work more than 20 hours per week, except during the fall, winter, spring and summer breaks. Working more than 20 hours per week is a violation of the visa and could be grounds for deportation.
