Your telephone number list may not be updated. Follow the steps below to download new access numbers. (a) Press [MENU]; Highlight “Setup” then press [SELECT]; Highlight “Change Dialing and Input Settings” then press [SELECT]; Highlight “Change Telephone” then press [SELECT]. (b) Press [SELECT] 1 time to get to “Telephone Connection.” (c) Press the [STOP] button to clear the information. (d) Press Left blue arrow one time to go back to “Setup Summary.” (e) Press [SELECT] on “Change Telephone.” (f) Re-enter your telephone information. (g) Press [SELECT] on remote and keep pressing through the “Zip code” and “Dialing prefix” until you get to the screen “Setup Summary.” Press [SELECT] on “Keep all settings” and the machine will now dial out and update the telephone list information. Choose a new telephone number and the next time the machine dials out, it should be able to connect.
