Why do I keep getting an error when I open my Endicia postage program that I am unable to connect to the Endicia server?
If you are currently connected to the internet and you can successfully browse to a web site using Internet Explorer when you receive this error you may have a firewall conflict. Please check for firewall, web accelerator, or pop up blocker software. Any of these types of programs can block our applications. Some programs will allow you to enter an exception for an application file. Some will require you to open an Internet port or an IP address or URL address. If you are unable to configure your Firewall application please contact their technical support for assistance.
