If you are using the Quick Install file (viewletbuilder.exe), it will require you to be online during the installation process. If you experience problems when installing with this file, this error will be displayed on your screen. To get around this issue, you can download the stand-alone installer. This is a full installer package for most current release of ViewletBuilder4 and once downloaded, can be used to install the program locally, without an Internet connection.
