Why do I have to sign in seperately to receive Job Alerts?

The Job Alert feature is separate from our applicant profile feature. Registered applicants are not required to receive instant Job Alerts, nor are candidates seeking Job Alerts required to complete an applicant profile. As a result, you must sign in separately for the Job Alert feature.
