Why do I have to print and mail or fax a copy of my eRebate confirmation page to PG&E?
PG&E needs to have required documentation on the installation of the energy efficient equipment in order process the eRebate application. Mailing or faxing the confirmation page allows PG&E to match the required documentation (e.g., proof of purchase documentation, etc.) with the application on file.
