Why do I have to pay HOA dues if I live at Temescal Place?
The HOA dues are very important to all the owners at Temescal Place. These monthly dues fund all of the common area and exterior maintenance, hazard/fire insurance, property management fees, repair reserves, maintenance of the security gates along with a whole host of other items. If you make an offer on a residence, you will be provided a financial statement and budget of the Homeowner’s Association at the time of your offer for your review and approval. The HOA dues also cover the cost of several everyday utilities that you would otherwise pay if you were renting or purchasing a single family home – water, the energy costs to heat your water, your gas for cooking, and your garbage pick up. This will save you money on your utilities every month as the only utility bill you will be paying is Electrical!
