Why do i have to pay for nhl network with comcast but people with satiellies get it for free?
I don’t think you understand how cable and satellite work. As a satellite user I still have to pay for certain tiers of packages (and it’s not cheap for the upgrades, so i wouldn’t call it getting it for free). Both cable and satellite group channels into “packages” and you pay through the nose as you increase your options (and a “package” could be pretty much purchasing a single channel). I found I prefer satellitle, because I can get NHL Center Ice in addition to a basic package. I found the best way to compare on price is to find the top five channels you spend time watching and find out what provider can give you those five channels the cheapest. Don’t buy into the cable or satellite slogans telling you one is cheaper than the other. That could be true but getting a cheap package while I miss out on 2/5 of my favorite channels isn’t really to my benefit.
