Why do I have to pay extra dues to join the Winter Drumline and Winter Guard?

The Courtland Band Parents Association (CBPA) supports the winter activities. Like marching band, Winter Drumline and Winter Guard need funds for competition fees, traveling expenses, uniforms and props. Sign-up for winter activities will take place in mid-December.
