The MultiPro Plus gets reset every time you turn it on or whenever your computer changes the screen mode. After being reset by the mode change in your system, the MultiPro Plus falls back to its default mode of overscan. If this is a problem for you there is a utility on our Software Download page that will set the MultiPro Plus back into underscan mode whenever it is reset by the system.
