Why do I have to know a bit of HTML to be able to use MouselabWEB?
MouselabWEB aims at web-based questionnaires, and doing web-based research is very hard without knowing something about the background technologies like HTML. Because we wanted MouselabWEB to be flexible, that means to be a system that can be incorporated into existing questionnaires, we did not program a complete “all in one” questionnaire package. Our philosophy was a different one: You can use any package, or code yourself, and incorporate MouselabWEB easily into it.
