Why do I have to give Net Star Telecommunications, Inc. a 30 day notice?
On a monthly basis, we renew or purchase telecommunications equipment based on our current number of subscribers. We must know prior to the following month what our subscriber base will be. If you are canceling, you will be taken out of that figure. It allows up to operate our telecommunications purchasing and management efficiently. Often times, circuits managed by Net Star Telecommunications, Inc. partners require a 30 day cancellation from Net Star Telecommunications, Inc. in order for us cancel your entire service. How are refunds handled? Refunds are processed in the following manner Monthly Billing: You will not get a refund if you have paid for the upcoming month due to the 30 day cancellation notice requirement. Quarterly, Bi-Annual, and Annual Billing: We will refund amounts paid in advance after the 30 day cancellation notice requirement is subtracted. The refund will then be calculated as if you were on a monthly postal mail payment plan. We offer discounts to subscribers wh
