Secondary flexfield values provide necessary information for various ad hoc management reports. It also provides more accurate information necessary to provide necessary financial information for FAA’s audited financial statements. This makes it difficult/impossible for the region/center to show the floor to book or book to floor documentation that will be required for existence testing in the FY-04 audit.
