These are used to authenticate a connection for ACN security reasons. ACN will prevent unauthorised access by validating the userid and password. All users are expected to follow the Usage Agreement. Why is Network Login stuck at the Connection page? At the Connection page Network Login opens the pop-up Logout window before moving you off the temporary VLAN. Some browsers disable pop-up windows. If Network Login is prevented from opening the Logout window then it won’t transfer you to the permanent VLAN. You need to tell your browser to enable pop-up windows. Additionally, there appear to be problems with Macintosh computers that are not running OS 10.1. This issue is being looked at but we currently do not have a resolution for this.
